Katrtina to burn the floor at the Common Wealth Games

This years Commonwealth Games will witness some Bollywood action. News is that New Delhi, is eyeing Bollywood stunner Katrina Kaif to to perk up the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Games to be held in October this year.

If rumours are to be believed, the gorgeous Katrina Kaif has been approached to perform at the gala event. She will dance to the Commonwealth Games anthem, to be composed by the ace music director A R Rahman.

So far, there is no confirmation either from the actress or from the CWG organizing committee.

A source, however, says “the organizers are definitely looking forward to rope in celebs from Bollywood to make the opening ceremony a glittering affair. In fact, A R Rahman, who became world renowned after winning two Oscars last year, is also being wooed for a live performance.”

Shakira did mesmerize the world with her ‘Waka Waka’ at the FIFA world cup, wonder if Katrina will outshine her???

Katrina Kaif is upset about missing the Honkong premiere of “Rajneeti” with her co-stars. Kat has been receiving rave reviews for her performance in the film and at last her hard work has paid off. Since Kat
wanted to have the taste of this success all through, she can’t get over missing the Honkong premiere with the boys, Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Manoj Bajpayee — who supposedly had a blast in China. Katrina missed this masti with the team since she had to fly off to Spain to meet the team of zoya Akhtar’s next movie for 45 days, of which she is a part. Kat barely had time for herself, let alone to let her hair down in China, in between making hectic trips to Dubai and Muscat and then zooming off to Spain.
But her tight schedule didn’t keep her from constantly keeping in touch with the “Rajneeti” team. She naturally couldn’t keep herself away from all the news the movie was making in which she herself invested a lot, both performance and money wise.
