There is a hairy frog with claws

Hairy frog gets its name from the fact that males of this species are covered by outgrowths of the skin, similar to the hair. “Hair” grow on the sides and hind legs of frogs during the breeding season, and still do not know why they are needed.

These strange creatures also have claws, and by themselves, in the form of horn-formations, the claws do not grow. Hairy frogs break the bones in the toes, and pierce their skin. It turns out the perfect weapon for protection from predators.

Tadpoles hairy frogs are born brawny and armed with horny teeth more acute to help them find food and defend themselves.
